Information on the processing of personal data
A petition may be submitted by:
- a natural person;
- a legal person;
- an organisational unit that is not a legal person, or
- a group of such entities.
A petition may be submitted in the interest of:
- the public;
- the entity submitting the petition;
- a third party, provided they consent.
Petitions may concern a request for changes in the law, decisions, or other actions relating to the petitioner, the community, or values requiring special protection in the interest of the common good. However, they must fall within the scope of the addressee's tasks and competencies.

Petitions that do not include the petitioner's name, surname and address will not be considered.
Petitions will be considered without undue delay, but no later than three months from the date of receipt.
